Women Army Officers now eligible for Permanent Commission:SC  Justice Chandrachud dismisses as a ‘stereotype’ government’s view that women are physiologically weaker than men.  This is the historical decision made by the SC. Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the Union government’s submissions that women are physiologically weaker than men as a “sex stereotype” and declared that Short Service Commission (SSC) women officers are eligible for permanent commission and command posts in the Army irrespective of their years of service . The verdict came on a nearly 10-year-old appeal filed by the government against a March 12, 2010 decision of the Delhi High Court to grant SSC women officers permanent commission. निर्भया के दोषियों को जारी हुआ नया डेथ वारंट 3 मार्च की सुबह होगी फांसी  नई दिल्ली: Nirbhaya Case: निर्भया रेप और मर्डर मामले में दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने दोषियों का नया डेथ वारंट जारी कर दिया है. नए डेथ वारंट के अनुसार अब सभी दोषियों को 3 मार्च सुबह 6 बजे फांसी दी जाएगी. इससे पहले दो बार दोषियों का डेथ वारंट जारी किया जा चुका है. सबसे पहले 22 जनवरी को फांसी की तारीख मुकर्रर हुई थी. दूसरी बार 1 फरवरी को फांसी की तारीख तय की गई थी. हालांकि दोषियों के वकील ने कानूनी दांवपेच लगाकर इसे रद्द करवा दिया गया था. निर्भया की मां आशा देवी ने कोर्ट के फैसले पर संतोष जताया. उन्होंने न्यूज एजेंसी ANI से बात करते हुए  कहा, 'मैं बहुत खुश नहीं हूं, क्योंकि यह तीसरी बार है जब डेथ वारंट जारी किया गया. हमने अब तक बहुत संघर्ष किया है, इसलिए मैं संतुष्ट हूं कि आखिरकार डेथ वारंट जारी किया गया है. मुझे उम्मीद है कि उन्हें (दोषियों को) 3 मार्च को फांसी दी जाएगी. पी दी जा सकती. तब अदालत ने तिहाड़ जेल के अधीक्षक को कानून के मुताबिक विनय का उपयुक्त खयाल रखने का निर्देश दिया. अन्य दोषी प...
